Are there contracts?
There are no contracts on Monthly plans. We are able to offer extended saving through Yearly and 3 Year commitments, please review the SiteGIDGET Pricing Page
Can I cancel a subscription?
Any subscription plan can be cancelled at any time. There are no refunds for paid subscriptions. We do however, apply leftover subscription time to new signups etc., for up to 1 Year.
Can I upgrade, downgrade my subscription?
You can downgrade or upgrade plans at any time. Leftover balances are moved forward as time credit.
Is Hosting included?
Yes, with all accounts, however you can HOST A NON ECOMMERCE SITE ANYWHERE. The system allows you to enter settings to your server. Prices for use of the software are the same when hosted with us or on your own hosting.
Can I use my own domain name?
You can use your own domain name or purchase a new one from the Domain name Registration
page. To point your own name settings, go to the Tutorial under domain names. The address that you are provided with when you FIRST signup (username.sitegidget.com) is a temporary address until you point your own domain name.
Can I get POP email accounts?
Email is offered as a service for $1 per email account monthly, and can be added once you have a domain name pointed to your site as firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is there a free option?
Currently, we offer PREMIUM services with Standards based HTML and CSS, Shopping Cart, Form Editor, Template Builder, External Hosting and much more. To maintain these powerful services, we must be able to maintain ourselves! This is why we have chosen such affordable plans to fit any budget.
Does the software work for MAC and PC?
When editing, SiteGIDGET currently supports Mac using Firefox and PC using Google Chrome and Firefox.
